Creative Writing · Department of Storytelling
The Department Creative Creation and Storytelling aims to cultivate literary creators and storytelling experts who will lead future cultural development based on deep understanding of Korean language, literature and culture. Creative writing is important as a basic artistic act that reveals the desire of human expression. In addition, the demand for storytelling in movies, broadcasting, advertisements, and various cultural industries due to the development of various media and the prosperity of internet and IT technology it is surging. To this end, we develop expertise in artistic professionalism and cultural contents through lectures on the study of Korean culture prototypes, the theories of literary creation and storytelling, and the cultivation of practical skills.
